Due to the nature of our business and our commitment to hygiene, exclusivity, and customer safety, all sales made through Exquisite Luxe Boutique are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges under any circumstance.

  • Loungewear & Matching Sets

  • Outerwear

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Promotional bundles or discount items

  • Gift cards

By completing your order, you confirm and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund or return for any reason, including:

  • Incorrect size or fit

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

  • Duplicate order

  • Delayed shipping or delivery carrier issues

  • Refusal to accept shipment


NO CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or altered for any reason. Please review your cart, shipping address, and product selections carefully before checking out.


COVID-19 & HEALTH SAFETY POLICY

In accordance with public health best practices and in consideration of COVID-19 and similar health concerns, Exquisite Luxe Boutique does not accept any returns or exchanges, including for unopened or unused items. This ensures that all merchandise remains clean, unworn, and uncontaminated for our customers.


PRODUCT DESCRIPTION & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

We make every effort to accurately describe our products, provide detailed size charts, and represent colors and materials as clearly as possible. However, due to individual monitor settings, lighting, and image compression, we cannot guarantee exact color matches or fabric texture expectations.

It is the customer’s responsibility to review:

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

While we do not accept returns or refunds, we may issue store credit or a replacement item in the rare event of a manufacturer defect or shipping damage.

To qualify, you must:

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging

  3. Retain all original packaging materials until the issue is resolved

Please Note: Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted. Determinations of defect are made solely at our discretion. Minor irregularities or variations (loose threads, wrinkles, or differences in color tone) do not qualify as defects.


FRAUDULENT CHARGEBACK POLICY

By placing an order, you affirm and agree that you understand and accept this Refund & Return Policy in full. Any chargeback, payment dispute, or unauthorized reversal initiated in contradiction to this policy will be considered fraudulent.

  • Submit all order, tracking, and policy documentation to your financial institution
